It is the first title won at a national cross-country meet by a team from Kingston.

Brianna Bradley, 18, was Physi-Kult's other scoring runner, finishing 65th in 20:13.46. Nicole Armstrong, 17, also competed, placing 74th in the 117-woman field in 20:27.52.

Physi-Kult finished atop the team standings with 38 points, 21 better than runners-up Mac Track of Alberta.
