Regiopolis Notre Dame Panthers spotted the Frontenac Falcons a pair of first-half goals, before roaring back to claim a 6-2 win Monday afternoon in a Kingston Area Secondary Schools Athletic Association senior girls soccer match at Regi.
An early second-half goal by Kaitlyn Balfour, her first of two in the game, gave the home team a boost and sent the Panthers on their way to their second straight win to start the young season.
Bridget Mulholland, Emma Lefebvre, Jennifer Cowan and Natalie Blasko scored once each for Regi, while Jenna Maclean and Jazmin Wood scored for Frontenac, which slipped to 1-2.
Elsewhere, the Sydenham Golden Eagles and Ernestown Eagles each gained their first win of the year, both on the road: Sydenham 5-1 over the winless Bayridge Blazers, and Ernestown 5-0 over the Napanee Golden Hawks.
