Regiopolis Notre Dame Panthers remained undefeated with a 3-0 win over the La Salle Black Knights in a high school senior girls soccer game Wednesday at La Salle.
Bridget Mulholland scored twice for Regi, 5-0, and Jennifer Cowan once for the Panthers, who posted their third consecutive shutout. Regi hasn’t allowed a goal since spotting Frontenac a 2-0 first-half lead in a game the Panthers ultimately won 6-2 April 27.
In having a two-game winning streak snapped, La Salle slipped to 3-2.
In Wednesday’s other Kingston Area Secondary Schools Athletic Association game, the Kingston Blues improved to 4-1, pinning a 3-0 defeat on the Loyalist Lancers. It was just the second loss of the season for Loyalist, which has ended its regular schedule 4-2.
