Brad Boyle 22nd at Canadian PGA event

Kingston's Brad Boyle begins play in the third round of the $150,000 Times Colonist-Island Savings Open in Victoria today tied for 22nd place.
Fifth after carding a first-round 66, Boyle slipped to a three-over-par 73 Friday to stand one under at 139 after 36 holes. He's six shots behind American Matt Marshall, who continues to lead despite an even-par round of 70 on Friday. He began the tournament with a seven-under 63 on Thursday.
Play in the first event of the Canadian professional tour concludes Sunday at Uplands Golf Club.
